Jaryn Yarranton (Therapeutic Farm/Stable Worker and Instructor)
Jaryn Yarranton is one of our Therapeutic Barn and Stable Worker who works as an Equine Handler in therapy sessions and assists with the volunteer program at the farm. She has loved animals, especially horses, for as long as she can remember, making this her dream job. She has been spending time with horses and riding since she was eleven years old and enjoys grooming and trail riding the most. She is currently working on an Equine Studies Diploma through the University of Guelph and is excited to complete it.

Jaryn spends most of her time with her family and loves taking care of her three-year-old brother. She enjoys hiking and being outside. In her spare time, she loves to listen to records and play guitar and piano. Music has always been a big part of her life. In high school, she was in the Regional Arts Program and majored in instrumental music (trumpet) and minored in vocal music.

At home, Jaryn is lucky enough to still have her childhood dog, Chase, who is her best friend and makes her very happy. She also has a cat named Delilah who is almost as friendly as Elly, the barn cat here on the farm.
