Low-Fee Therapy Services

Our Low-Fee Therapy Program offers affordable mental health support for children, teens, and adults in Oshawa and the Durham Region. This program is designed to increase access to care while maintaining high clinical standards through structured supervision and evidence-based practice.
 

Sessions are provided by graduate-level clinicians who are completing advanced training in counselling or clinical psychology. All services are delivered under the close supervision of experienced registered psychologists and therapists, ensuring thoughtful, ethical, and well-supported care.
 

Low-fee therapy may be a good fit for individuals or families seeking support for anxiety, depression, parenting concerns, stress, or personal growth who are looking for a more accessible entry point into therapy. Our goal is to provide a welcoming, confidential space while supporting the development of future mental health professionals.

Our Services

Who qualifies?

This option is available for individuals and families who have limited access to outside funding and meet the following criteria:
 

  • Household income under $123,000 per year, and
     

  • Less than $1,000 per person in other funding sources (for example extended health benefits, insurance coverage or third-party supports).

Affordable therapy for adults seeking support with stress, anxiety, or life changes. Work with graduate level trainees, under supervision of licensed clinicians. Quality care at a reduced rate.
