Doctoral Residency Training Program
Dr. Angela Fountain & Associates provides a dynamic clinical psychology residency and placement training programs with children and adolescents. The overarching mission of the clinical psychology training program is to provide a holistic, applied training experience to prepare students on track to becoming clinical psychologists and psychological associates with children and adolescents (registration with College of Psychologist of Behavioural Analyst of Ontario), with a sense of professional purpose and identity, a commitment to lifelong learning and an appreciation for creative and integrative applications of evidence-based practice with this population. This training track is supervised by clinicians licensed with CPBAO.
The Doctoral Residency Program in Clinical Psychology at Dr. Angela Fountain & Associates is a member of the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC) and participates in the APPIC Match. The Program Code number for the APPIC Match is 1879. The application deadline is November 15th of each year. Our psychology residency program is also a member of the Canadian Council of Professional Psychology Programs (CCPPP).

The residency program at Dr. Angela Fountain and Associates is accredited with the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA).

Clinical Psychology Practicum Placement - Intervention (Children, Youth & Families)
We are excited to announce an intervention practicum placement in clinical psychology at Dr. Angela Fountain & Associates starting in the Fall 2026. It is a part-time practicum position that runs from September 2026 to April 2027 and is focused on intervention with children, youth and their families and licensure stream with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analyst of Ontario.
