Therapy Services in Oshawa and Durham Region

At Dr. Angela Fountain & Associates, we provide therapy services for children, teens, adults, parents, and families in Oshawa and the Durham Region. Our clinic is located on a peaceful farm property, offering clients access to a calm, nature-based setting that can feel different from a traditional clinical office.

Our team supports clients with anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, emotional regulation, family stress, parenting challenges, school concerns, relationship difficulties, and more. Depending on each client’s needs, therapy may take place in a traditional office setting, through nature-based support, or through equine-assisted therapy when appropriate.

Therapy begins with understanding each client’s needs, goals, and current challenges. From there, we work collaboratively to create a personalized plan that supports emotional well-being, skill development, communication, confidence, and lasting change.
