His therapeutic approach is integrative and draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centred approaches. Matthew works collaboratively with clients to better understand their individual experiences, strengths, values, and goals, while tailoring therapy to meet their unique needs.

Matthew is committed to creating a supportive and welcoming therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. His approach emphasizes authentic connection, curiosity, and collaborative exploration, with a focus on helping clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, navigate challenges, and work toward meaningful personal growth and change.
