Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Equine-assisted psychotherapy is a form of experiential therapy that incorporates supervised interaction with horses to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and social skill development.

Working alongside horses creates opportunities for real-time feedback, emotional awareness,
and regulation in a more natural, hands-on environment.

This approach can be particularly helpful for individuals experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, social difficulties, or feeling stuck in more traditional talk therapy.

Equine-assisted psychotherapy offers a different way to engage in therapy, especially for those who don’t connect with traditional office-based settings.
