Horse Power Therapy Group (Grades 7-9)
The Horse Power Group is an in-person group therapy program designed for youth in Grades 7–9. This program combines clinically guided group therapy with equine-based activities to support relationship-building, confidence, and emotional awareness during a key developmental stage.
Horse Power is designed for older children and youth who may benefit from experiential learning, responsibility, and structured group support.
Equine activities are paired with group therapy to create meaningful opportunities for connection, reflection, and skill development.

Program Overview
Horse Power integrates group therapy with hands-on equine activities to support social and emotional development in youth.
The program focuses on:

Sessions are clinician-led and structured, with equine activities used to reinforce group learning in a practical and engaging way.
