Jenna Read C. Psych. Associate

Mrs. Jenna Read is a Psychological Associate registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Jenna holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School in Toronto, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo. She has also completed a postgraduate certificate from Adler in trauma psychotherapy.
Jenna approaches therapy from a cognitive-behavioural perspective, although she values the uniqueness of each individual experience and therefore integrates elements from multiple therapeutic approaches to best suit her clients specific needs and goals. Her experience to date includes working with children and adolescents who are dealing with a variety of elements or challenges that affect their daily lives and functioning such as anxiety, depression, anger, emotion and behaviour regulation, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and learning difficulties.

At Dr. Angela Fountain and Associates, Jenna provides individual psychological therapy, comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adolescents, parent consultation, and initial consultation services. Jenna works to provide children and adolescents with a variety of positive and effective coping skills to improve their quality of life.
